The IRP Clearinghouse Web Site was developed to facilitate the electronic exchange and reconcilement of registration information and fees among jurisdictions.

Use of the Clearinghouse reduces costs, ensures timely and accurate information exchange, and reduces errors.

Only authorized users will be allowed access into the Clearinghouse system.

New Functionality - Payment screen supports two fund distributions per netting.

The Clearinghouse System has the functionality to make two distributions/payments in one netting period. In the past, if a jurisdiction was late with a payment, the entire fund distribution was held up. Effective with the May neeting, if funds due to the Clearinghouse have not been made by the due date, IRP will distribute the funds that have already been received, and issue a second distribution when the remaining funds arrive.
